Vocational Instructor Instructor for the City
of Philadelphia’s RISE program. Provided instruction in C-Tech national
curriculum for cable, fiber optics, copper wiring, and telecommunications to
RISE participants. The training resulted in national industry
certification for all student participants who completed the entire class
cycles. In addition, the curriculum met the qualification that allowed
the students to receive .5 CEU’s (Continuing Education Units) towards a
degree program where applicable. Provided instruction for thirteen 4-week
classes for RISE. Due to the successful performance of the students in
the first and second classes that I taught, RISE was awarded a $250,000 grant
from the Philadelphia Workforce Investment Board to provide 5 additional

Voice and Data Connection Specific Projects For
the special projects below I was able to employ students who graduated from
my classes and to give them real world experience. All of the workers
were graduates of the C-Tech classes that I instructed for the City of
Philadelphia’s RISE who had received their industry certification
in the above referenced areas. All work was verified as A-1 completion
and successful met the City’s Department of Technology industry certification
standards. .
Mayor’s Office of Community Services
(MOCS) Project
manager for the relocation of MOCS’ Work Ready department from their former
location on the 7th floor to the
3rd floor. Relocation included the installation of data and voice
communication lines and fiber optic lines. Responsibilities also
included the construction of a computer lab including wiring, installation
and testing for connectivity. Project performance resulted in the
City’s Public Property Department listing me as a certified consultant for
this type of work which led to other projects as listed. .
City of Philadelphia Police
Department Project
manager and supervisor for the installation of voice, data and fiber optic
communication lines for the City’s Police Department new location’s on
Delaware Avenue for the department’s vice squad. Performance of
my team exceeded expectations of the department in quality and on-time delivery. .
City of Philadelphia Department of
Behavioral Health and Mental Retardation (BHMR) Project
manager and supervisor for the installation of voice, data and fiber optic
communication lines for this City’s Department location in the Aramark
building. Installation was for the relocation on the department to
multiple floors. Successful completion of projects resulted in
BHMR requesting additional work to be performed by my team. .
City of Philadelphia, Town Watch Project
manager for the relocation of the Mayor’s Office of Community Service
(MOCS)Town Watch division. Included rewiring of new office with voice
and data communication lines. .
City of Philadelphia Department of
Human Services Project
managed the installation of voice and data lines for 25 cubicles in their
main office. Supervised the installation and performed quality
assurance control. .
ASI Management City
of Philadelphia Department of Public Properties recommended me to ASI
Management to perform communication installation for their leased
properties. Hired by ASI to perform the installation of voice and data
lines for one of their tenants in the Land Title Building, which is in
